The Little white farmhouse is officially a winter wonderland
Hello loves, I’m sure some of you think I’m crazy that it’s the first week of November and I’ve already turned our home into a winter wonderland, but I just couldn’t help it! I have no self control. I had originally decided to hold off until the week before thanksgiving but after scrolling through Instagram and seeing that the majority of my favorite bloggers had already decked out their homes for Christmas I just couldn’t resist. I was also thinking as a blogger and someone that people look to for decor ideas (which still surprises me :)) it was my duty to display my winter pieces early so my readers could have time to purchase them before December. And so that’s exactly what I did. I’m also super excited to tell you guys that I will be doing a Christmas series just like I did for fall. I will be posting some gorgeous signs, pillows and all sorts are farmhouse Christmas decor that you can purchase for your own home this season. I’ve been so incredibly blessed to work with some amazing shops and I’m just dying to share. But until December I will be featuring some pieces I have gotten early and of course my own winter wonderland. I’ll be honest the upstairs is still covered in pumpkins because I only have enough winter decor for the first floor haha. But hopefully I will be able to collect some more and share our Christmas bedroom and loft as well. Also, I have some super cheap and easy ornament DIYs coming soon so keep and eye out for that! Until then here is our winter living room, filled with Christmas trees galore and of course this swoon worthy gingerbread bakery pillow from The Etsy shop Amanda’s Home Design. I think it’s the cutest thing ever and will definitely be a staple in our living room for the season. Make sure to check out her shop for some more stunning pillows, you can thank me later!
