Hello loves, I have been so excited to have the opportunity to share some amazing shops with you guys lately. You know I’m all about supporting small shops but it’s been tough to keep up with the blog between work, my business and the wedding planning. So I was jumping for joy when I got this gorgeous antique brass candle set from the Etsy shop Curated by H. Young. I can not only style these beauties around our home but they will be part of my wedding as well. I haven’t talked about it much but we are trying to keep things simple and natural for our barn wedding. I rented distressed white farm tables and we will be lining them with eucalyptus garland and brass candlesticks. So this set will definitely be a part of our big day. If your a lover of all things antique and want to add some amazing pieces to your home or even your wedding make sure to check out Curated by H. Young. It’s like shopping at an antique store from your couch, enjoy.
Hello loves, happy Sunday! Hope you guys had a nice relaxing weekend. Mine wasn’t bad minus the fact that it rained all weekend and I couldn’t take any photos for the blog. Since I work Monday through Friday the weekends are my only time to catch up so I’m always hoping for some nice sunny weather. But that’s alright, there will be other days. At least I caught enough sun last weekend to snap a photo of this gorgeous scroll from the shop Cotton Wood Shanty. You guyssss, I’m obsessed! I have been eyeing these beauties for a while now so I was super excited to work with this amazing shop. They sell both minis that are 18 inch wide and reach 2.5-3 feet long and full size scrolls that are 36 inch wide and reach 4-5 feet long. I fell in love with their “autumn is the second spring when every leaf is a flower” mini and I love how it looks styled in our hallway even more. So if your looking to add a fall feel to your home or even just some farmhouse touches make sure to check out Cotton Wood Shanty. You can thank me later.

Hello loves, happy Sunday! Ahhh I’m seriously geeking out guysss. Partially because I had the chance to meet so many amazing bloggers at The Pro Found Market today and partially because I’m finally sharing our sliding barn door in the bedroom. I have been dreaming about this since the day we moved in and I’m loving how our farmhouse bedroom is coming together. And of course this door was one of the last things on the list (minus painting the other doors matte black and adding new knobs). But since my fiancé built this beauty it took us a while to complete. I’m head over heels in love with it and how it looks styled with this arrow barn door hardware from Artisan Hardware. It adds the perfect rustic look to this space!! If your in the market for a barn door or some hardware make sure to head over and check them out. Their selection is amazing! And they even sell gorgeous rustic accent walls and furniture as well. I’m obsessing over their fallow tan wood wall panels. Head over and add some farmhouse touches to your home, you can thank me later. [Read more…]

Hello loves, hope everything is going well and your having a great week. I’m so sorry I’ve been MIA recently. I’m sure you all agree that there are not enough hours in the day. And as much as I love blogging sometimes I feel so overwhelmed between this site, my home decorating business, Instagram, my full time job as a dental assistant and life in general. It’s nice to have a break and focus on my self every once in a while. But I missed you guys and have another amazing shop to share with you! Hello loves, TGIF. No for real I couldn’t be happier that it’s Friday night and officially the weekend! And I’m especially excited because I’m finally sharing this gorgeous fall bucket list sign from Signs Of Hope AR. I didn’t want to change the mantle up too much for fall because I’ve been loving the layered look but I added these antique brass candle sticks and of course this sign. I wanted to give this space a cozy harvest look without covering it in pumpkins. They were so sweet to send me the original beauty that was up there and I couldn’t wait to style our mantle with one of their fall pieces! This super cute fall bucket list sign comes in a different fonts as well. Make sure to check out their shop for some seriously amazing signs. Their scripture pieces are my jam. Haha! Hello loves, for me fall is officially here when our front porch is filled with pumpkins. I just love to pull up the driveway and see our cozy farmhouse fall porch, it gives me all the feels. Especially when the leaves are changing colors!! Luckily that’s coming soon here in New England 🙂 But in the meantime I just couldn’t wait to share our harvest front porch! I’m obsessing over own new light fixture from Lamps Plus. It’s the perfect farmhouse piece for this space and I cannot wait until we finish our porch and make it run the entire length of the house. Then I can add a matching fixture to the other side! It’s so funny but I have never shown the entire front of our house or shared our dreams to turn it to our own Little White Farmhouse. As much as I loveee our home the exterior does not match the inside…at all. It’s a gray cape with a half porch and deck. But we dream of painting it white, adding to our porch, getting a new front door and possibly adding a dormer. And even farther in the future we dream of a gorgeous attached barn garage. Click the read more link to see our entire home and some of our ideas. Although those changes will come with time I am loving adding pretty touches to this porch. This amazing industrial pendant light adds a farmhouse look to this space and will be perfect on our future farmhouse as well. Make sure to check them out to get any type of light you can imagine, indoor or outdoor. Enjoy. [Read more…]
Hello loves, today is the day! I’m finally sharing my fall home tour and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m also over the moon excited to be a part of my very first blog hop and share some other amazing bloggers with you guys. I will be linking each of their harvest homes with below but first I’m going to dish a little bit about our own fall decor. As most of you may know this is only my second fall in this house. And since this is our very first home I’m still building my seasonal decor collection. Especially since I’m all about the heirloom pumpkins this year and I’m definitely going for a cozy look with pops of greenery and brass. So I had to get creative and DIY some pumpkins. Although the ones on our dining table were only $3 from Target and I absolutely love them! And I got these gorgeous antique brass candlesticks from local flee markets and antique shops. I’m collecting them for our 2018 fall wedding so I thought why not incorporate them into this years fall decor? Check out the other bloggers dreamy fall home tours below and click the read more link to see the rest of our fall tour, enjoy. [Read more…]
