Hello loves, I hope your all having a great week! It’s almost Friday which means there’s only one more work day until the weekend. And I couldn’t be happier because I finally get to see this bright white view. Especially while we’re spending the entire morning lounging in our bed. Haha! This photos from last Sunday, I actually woke up early and got stuff done for once. And enjoyed a delicious hot cocoa while doing so 🙂 It looks even more festive in this red camper mug from Vintage North. I loveee the distressed edges of this enamel mug as well as the fact that it comes as a set of two for $8! And for those of you who have been reading my blog for a while, you probably know all about their shop by now. I have their enamel coffee, tea and sugar canisters that have become a staple in our kitchen and I also have their amazing maple syrup candle that has found a home on our coffee table for this Christmas season. Needless to say I have a slight obsession with Vintage North so head over and check it out yourself! You can thank me later.
Hello loves, I don’t know if I’ve chatted with you guys about this on the blog before but although we don’t have children yet we do have a cat named Pumba. And sometimes I think she’s worse then having a child. Now don’t get me wrong we absolutely love that little monster. She snuggles us every night, comes when we call her and plays fetch better than any dog I’ve never had. But she has developed a horrible habit of scratching everything in our home despite the fact that she has several scratching posts. She has not only torn up parts of our couch but also the super cute floor pillow we had styled our living room since we moved in. And I left it for a while because I hated how empty the corner looked without it which is why I was jumping for joy when I received this happy mail from Hedge Apple. I absolutely love this jute pouf and now we can actually use it as a foot rest since it’s the perfect height!!! And they sell so many poufs and floor pillows where that comes from. As well as so many amazing decor and furniture pieces. I’m also loving their lighting collection! Head over and check out their shop for yourself, you can thank me later.
Hello loves, It’s been a while since I’ve reviewed any beauty products but I have recently discovered the Raw Sugar Living line and couldn’t wait to share. They are all natural, smell AMAZING and are the perfect cure for my dry winter skin. I love that their products contain no sulfates, parabens or dyes so you can feel good about what your putting on your skin. Plus, for every product you purchase they donate a bar to a family in need. How amazing is that? They sell everything from hand soap to body wash, soap bars, scrubs, body butters and much more. And you can get most of these in their three signature scents: vanilla bean and sugar, lemon sugar and raw coconut and mango. If you guys know anything about me than you know I have a love for sweet smelling things so I’m a bit obsessed with the vanilla bean and sugar bar. Seriously, I can’t get enough of it! Especially when I pair it with their scrub and finish off with the body butter. My skin has never felt so smooth and hydrated. So head over and check out Raw Sugar Living’s amazing collection for yourself, or grab the perfect gift for a friend. You can thank me later. [Read more…]
Hello loves, happy Friday!!! I hope you all have some fun plans for the weekend. It’s going to snow tomorrow so if the roads are bad you can find me snuggled up by the fire sipping on hot cocoa. And I cannot wait to see our rustic Christmas decor paired with a winter wonderland outside. But for now I’m so excited to share our holly jolly entryway with you guys. I’m loving the pops of red like my favorite knit scarf and this ticking pillow from Returning Grace. Like I said in my last post, I love styling both ticking and grain sack pillows around our house because they add the perfect farmhouse feel. And this beauty looks amazing in this space. Check out their shop for more farmhouse pillows, tea towels, coasters and much more. I’m obsessing over their Christmas collection too. So click the link! You can thank me later 🙂
Hello loves, I hope your all having a great week! I’m so excited that tomorrows Friday because that means there’s only one more day until the weekend. And you know that Saturdays and Sundays are my favorite 🙂 Especially because I love seeing this bright white space in the daylight. But since I’m not home before dark during weekdays here’s a throwback of our rustic ski lodge styled living room from last weekend. I wanted to take a minute and share our farmhouse Christmas pillows again with you guys. I fell head over heels in love with our neutral mix of ticking and grain sack pillows for the fall and I wanted to created a similar look for the holidays so I added a pop of red, as well as some cream ruffle and knit pillows to add a cozy feel. And I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. And I’m obsessing over this grain sack lumbar pillow from The Vintage Songbird. It’s the perfect centerpiece to our couch! Head over to their shop for more gorgeous grain sack poufs, pillows, beaded garland, curtains and much more. Enjoy.
Hello loves, I’m so excited to share another amazing shop with you guys tonight! I was going to post this tomorrow but I just couldn’t wait, I love this space so much. You may have noticed that I have been changing up a lot of areas in our home recently, especially for the winter season. I’m going for a cozy more mature feel with less signs and more antique pieces and wooden accents. Like this wood Christmas tree set from House of Herringbone. The second I opened this happy mail I knew these beauties would look perfect layered on any table top or shelf. So when I redecorated our entryway bureau I knew they would add a Christmas feel to the space. I’m obsessing over the mix of distressed woods, linens, pine and antique touches like these books. And if you have been reading my blog for a while than you may now that I originally shared House of Herringbone last December. They were so sweet to send me some antler ornaments that have become a staple on our rustic Christmas tree. (Check out my holiday home tour for a closer look). And head over to their shop for some awesome farmhouse finds, you can thank me later.
Hi guys! I hope your all having a great start to your week! Mine feels long already so I’m definitely a little lazy tonight. Which means I’m spending some time in this bed relaxing:) and I don’t hate it. Especially since it’s giving me all the holiday feels. I went for a rustic ski lodge look in our bedroom (as well as the rest of our home) and this ski lodge sign from Down Grace Lane was the perfect addition to these shelves. Now all I need is some antique skis and maybe some logs to style on these shelves. But until then I’m loving how it looks. This gorgeous sign would also look amazing layered on a tabletop or over the mantle to give any home that rustic winter feel. Head over to their shop to get your own holiday sign for yourself. Their handmade creations also make an amazing gift, enjoy!

Hello loves, I’m sure you all know how much I love ticking and grain sack pillows by now. So naturally I wanted to fill our living room with red ones for Christmas. Andddddd I’m obsessed! I paired them with some knitted and ruffle pillows to add a cozy soft look but overall I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. The pop of red makes me smile and anything ticking and grain sack material give me all the farmhouse feels. So these red ticking beauties from Freckles Design Studio were the perfect addition to this space. I absolutely love their shop, they sell so many gorgeous farmhouse pillows! I can always find one I’m looking for. I even had their tan ticking ones styled on our couch for fall. Head over to their shop to check them out for yourself, you can thank me later.
