Hello loves, TGIF. No for real I couldn’t be happier that it’s Friday night and officially the weekend! And I’m especially excited because I’m finally sharing this gorgeous fall bucket list sign from Signs Of Hope AR. I didn’t want to change the mantle up too much for fall because I’ve been loving the layered look but I added these antique brass candle sticks and of course this sign. I wanted to give this space a cozy harvest look without covering it in pumpkins. They were so sweet to send me the original beauty that was up there and I couldn’t wait to style our mantle with one of their fall pieces! This super cute fall bucket list sign comes in a different fonts as well. Make sure to check out their shop for some seriously amazing signs. Their scripture pieces are my jam. Haha! Click here to get your own handmade creation to style in your home, enjoy.
Hello loves, for me fall is officially here when our front porch is filled with pumpkins. I just love to pull up the driveway and see our cozy farmhouse fall porch, it gives me all the feels. Especially when the leaves are changing colors!! Luckily that’s coming soon here in New England 🙂 But in the meantime I just couldn’t wait to share our harvest front porch! I’m obsessing over own new light fixture from Lamps Plus. It’s the perfect farmhouse piece for this space and I cannot wait until we finish our porch and make it run the entire length of the house. Then I can add a matching fixture to the other side! It’s so funny but I have never shown the entire front of our house or shared our dreams to turn it to our own Little White Farmhouse. As much as I loveee our home the exterior does not match the inside…at all. It’s a gray cape with a half porch and deck. But we dream of painting it white, adding to our porch, getting a new front door and possibly adding a dormer. And even farther in the future we dream of a gorgeous attached barn garage. Click the read more link to see our entire home and some of our ideas. Although those changes will come with time I am loving adding pretty touches to this porch. This amazing industrial pendant light adds a farmhouse look to this space and will be perfect on our future farmhouse as well. Make sure to check them out to get any type of light you can imagine, indoor or outdoor. Enjoy. [Read more…]
Hello loves, today is the day! I’m finally sharing my fall home tour and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m also over the moon excited to be a part of my very first blog hop and share some other amazing bloggers with you guys. I will be linking each of their harvest homes with below but first I’m going to dish a little bit about our own fall decor. As most of you may know this is only my second fall in this house. And since this is our very first home I’m still building my seasonal decor collection. Especially since I’m all about the heirloom pumpkins this year and I’m definitely going for a cozy look with pops of greenery and brass. So I had to get creative and DIY some pumpkins. Although the ones on our dining table were only $3 from Target and I absolutely love them! And I got these gorgeous antique brass candlesticks from local flee markets and antique shops. I’m collecting them for our 2018 fall wedding so I thought why not incorporate them into this years fall decor? Check out the other bloggers dreamy fall home tours below and click the read more link to see the rest of our fall tour, enjoy. [Read more…]
Hello loves, it’s Friyay!!!!! I wait all week for today because it leads to my favorite day, Saturday. Haha. And tomorrow is especially exciting because I’m going wedding dress shopping! I haven’t announced it on my blog yet but me and my fiancé got engaged Labor Day weekend and I couldn’t be happier. After five years, a beautiful house and one fur baby we were so ready to say I do. And the best part is I will be doing an entire wedding series to give all the farmhouse and rustic loving couples out their some ideas for their own big day. We are having a small wedding at a local barn and I’m definitely going for a romantic feel. I’ll go into greater detail in another post but there will be string lights hanging, distressed white farm tables draped with eucalyptus and covered in antique brass candlesticks and wooden cross back chairs. I will also be doing a lot of kraft and lace accents. Just like our gorgeous invitations from the shop Love of Creating Design Co. I have been eyeing their invitations for some time now and I was over the moon excited to have the opportunity to work with them. I just love their amazing creations! And they sell everything from save the dates to table numbers, thank you cards, place cards, menus and much more. When I saw this beauty I knew it was the one. I mean come on! Between the kraft paper, lace, twine and the distressed edging I was swooning. So even if your not getting married but looking for the perfect rustic invites or if you are and want to totally impress your wedding guests make sure to check our Love of Creating Design Co. Hello loves! Can I just tell you guys how much I’m loving decorating for fall. Its not only my favorite season because of the cozy weather here in New England but the decor is TO DIE FOR. I cannot get enough of the comfy flannels, pops of brass and pumpkins of course! And if you couldn’t already tell I have been obsessing over the striped ticking pattern as well. It adds both a farmhouse and fall feel to any space. That’s why when I saw this ruffle ticking tea towel from Southern Ticking Co I knew I had to have it. And this beauty inspired me to change up this entire space and add some fun pops of fall, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I was draw to this shop when I stumbled across their feed on Instagram because they sell all things ticking. Tea towels, pillow covers, shower curtains , bedding and so much more. Check out their shop to cozy up your space for the season, enjoy.
Hello loves, I could not be more happy that it’s finally the weekend! Even though it was a short week the days seriously dragged. But I was so excited to have a day to myself relaxing at home that I woke up early to write a blog post and share this gorgeous ruffle linen flat sheet from Glow Linen with you guys. I have been eyeing these beauties for a long time now so when I got the opportunity to work with this shop I was jumping for joy. I love how it looks styled in our bedroom. This flat sheet paired with our ticking sheet set really gives our bed a true farmhouse feel. And I love it! They also sell some amazing linen table cloths, sheet sets, pillow cases, napkins, duvet covers and so much more. I’m seriously obsessed and want one of each for our home 🙂 But this flat sheet will make me smile in the mean time. Head over and check out their Etsy shop for yourself to add the perfect farmhouse touch to your home, you can thank me later.
Hello loves, it’s finally September! And I couldn’t be happier. As a girl who loved summer growing up I become more and more obsessed with fall as I get older. I don’t know if it has something to do with the cooler sweater weather or the fact that fall decor is my all time favorite. And can we talk about pumpkin spice coffee? I can’t get enough! So I wanted to take a minute and share my harvest tablescape with you guys. Last year this space looked a lot different. We had our diy Farmhouse table styled in the middle of our dining room filled with heirloom pumpkins. And this year we have our adorable dining nook but unfortunately real pumpkins are not in season yet. So I had to go with the next best thing, these faux pumpkins from Target dollar spot. And these beauties were only $3!! I also added these stunning antique brass candlesticks that my sweet mom has been collecting for our wedding!! Yes I said it our wedding. I will be posting all about it as well as our engagement story soon. But I thought they added a cozy fall touch to this space. Keep an eye out for the full fall tour coming soon. Enjoy.
Hello loves, happy humpday. I’m so glad it’s already Wednesday! Even though I’ve only worked a short week It feels like it’s lasting forever. But at least I get the chance to chat with you guys and share something so amazing. As you probably know by now I have the ektrop sectional from Ikea in our living room. And I absolutely love it! The only problem is I wasn’t in love with the fabric color and my sweet little fur baby had scratched it up. And although Ikea sells the slip covers on their own I was looking for something different. So when I stumbled across Bemz design on Instagram I was jumping for joy. They sell custom made slip covers for all Ikea couches. And the best part is they have so many gorgeous fabrics to choose from. I was obsessed, and a little indecisive. If you click the read more link you can see all of the swatches they sent me. I swear it took be almost a week to choose. But we finally made a decision and went with the natural brera Lino linen and I couldn’t be happier. It had a beautiful texture to it that makes it look like a more expensive couch. And I also love that it gives it a farmhouse feel as well. Check out Bemz design to get your own slipcover and give your ikea couch a new look, enjoy. [Read more…]
Hello loves, I hope you all had a great week. Mine was actually not too crazy considering it was the first week of school for most kids so work was definitely slow. If you didn’t already know I’m a dental assistant at a pediatric office. Well that’s my day job at least 🙂 haha. My other job is obviously my blog and home decorating business, The Little White Farmhouse Interiors. And it’s definitely the one I’m most passionate about these days. So I’m super excited to share an amazing new addition to our farmhouse bedroom!! This gorgeous chandelier from the Etsy shop Eli Wood Works. Since the moment we moved in I knew this space would look great with some pretty lighting but I couldn’t find the perfect piece. So when I stumbled across these hand made beauties I knew I had to have one. And now our bedroom is ALMOST complete (minus the barn door we will be adding in the next few weeks). But I’m seriously obsessing over this fixture. And the entire room with it! Check out their shop and get one for yourself. They come in different sizes and finishes. Head over and get your own, you can thank me later.
Hello loves, happy Sunday. You may be surprised to see a picture of our home with me in it. If you follow me on any other social medias you know I don’t share photos of myself often. This is mostly because I feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. Which is funny considering I started this journey as a fashion blogger. But when The Etsy shop Sheabecker sent over one of their beautiful hand knit scarves I couldn’t help but to share. And this beauty couldn’t have come at a more perfect time considering we are finally having some cooler nights here in New England. And although most days are still warm I love pairing pieces like this with comfy tees and shorts. She also sells some gorgeous hand knit cowl scarves and hats. So head over and get some amazing knit pieces for yourself, just in time for Fall! You can thank me later.
